barumahID is a growing business with two lines: construction services (ConTech) and home ownership (PropTech). We are the platform where your project comes to life, from design and renovation to construction, and we walk with you every step of the way toward owning a home.
Need working drawings, structural calculations, renovation, or construction? Our engineers do the work, with costs per work item that are transparent from the start. Want a home but your down payment is not enough yet? Through the barumahID Rent-to-Own program, you rent the home first, and part of your monthly rent is automatically recorded as your down payment balance.

2018 – 2020
Starting with drawings and calculations
Design and structural analysis services were our first step. Along the way, we joined national competitions and startup programs.
2021 – 2023
30+ projects completed
Design, structural analysis, renovation, and construction projects completed in cities across Indonesia.
2024 – present
Officially incorporated
PT Inditek Bluprim Mahaksa was established. barumahID now grows in two lines: ConTech and PropTech.
